Over Breathing affects body fat loss

Live a better life by breathing through your nose . When we breathe through the nose we stay healthier operators as the nose filters the bacteria and viruses present in the air. When you do not breathe through your nose, it becomes sinuses stagnant ponds full of bacteria. Mouth breathing should only be given to the training.

When we breathe deeply and regularly with our nose, we becomes more alert brain of oxygen. Fat also need oxygen to be burned so just win - win to breathe through the nose.

When we breath deeply, the diaphragm moves up and down and then rub while liver , stomach and intestines . This affects the digestive process positively. Even the heart gets massage and helps the blood flow to come back. Following that reduce varicose veins and obtain a stable blood pressure . Aahh what I'm going deep breathing regularly now . No more varicose veins to me thanks !

Yogurt - a super food

One serving of yogurt provides a good dose of our daily protein needs. You even get your calcium, B2, B12 and probiotics.

Yogurt contributes to increased satiety compared to drinking yoghurt, juice or milk. That way you can lose weight by eating yogurt. We like that;)
By getting the nice bacteria in yogurt, you can reduce various symptoms like constipation, diarrhea, and irritable bowel. This way improves gastrointestinal health so you strengthen your immune system.
There are some studies showing reduced stress, anxiety and depression while improving the bacterial flora in the stomach and intestines.
So enjoy your yogurt. You can eat it as is with some berries and muesli, or why not make a sound and invigorating smoothie.

1 tablespoon cold espresso
1 teaspoon chocolate sauce
2 cups yogurt
1 handful of berries

Mix and sweet possibly with a little vanilla sugar.

  5. A hot tip is to invest in a humidifier that helps to neutralize the air at home . This usually works well for winter dry skin , and the air becomes much more pleasant to breathe.
  6. Good creams are important but equally important is what you put in you. Moisturize from the inside by drinking lots of water and eating good healthy foods such as fatty fish that are rich in beneficial omega- 3 fats . If you are vegetarian , you can try to eat peppers, avocado and pumpkin even as they hate a good impact on your well-being and your skin.

Menstrual pain is due to contractions and spasms of the uterine muscle, which is stimulated by the hormone-like substance prostaglandin . Coffee - a health drink ?

Coffee beverage is that both burn fat and prevents diabetes, cancer and Alzheimer's. I'll explain why!

There are data to suggest that a few cups of coffee in the morning can be just as effective as the drugs that the pharmaceutical industry tried to find to counter age-dependent dementia

Caffeine seems to enhance the body's defenses against certain tumors such as melanoma , colon cancer and prostate cancer. A number of studies have also shown that coffee reduces the risk for cancer to develop in the colon and the rectum. Also inhibits coffee development of liver cancer and coffee drinkers are also assumed to be at less risk of ovarian cancer as well as cancers of the mouth and throat. Coffee has also been shown to positively for diabetics.

Drink moderate amounts of coffee consumption may lead to ulcers. Too much coffee will also ensure that your body gets stressed and you may be mild nausea , get tremors in the hands , get cold sweats, restless and irritable. Invest in about three cups per day . But drink regularly, otherwise you will not get the benefits .

Positive New Year promises

It is important to have a positive designed New Year's resolutions. Say for example that you should eat vegetables three times a week instead of having that new year's resolution to NOT eat chocolate at all.

Beware of words like always, never or
not! Why? Promising yourself for much of the change can paradoxically increase the risk that it will not last. Broken promises can become a danger to eventually get a self-image that says you can not succeed with things.

Therefore, this year I designed these New Year's resolutions for me

  1. Health above all
  2. Live more in the moment and seize the moment
  3. To continue to grow and develop myself
  4. To continue writing my novel
