Over Breathing affects body fat loss

Live a better life by breathing through your nose . When we breathe through the nose we stay healthier operators as the nose filters the bacteria and viruses present in the air. When you do not breathe through your nose, it becomes sinuses stagnant ponds full of bacteria. Mouth breathing should only be given to the training.

When we breathe deeply and regularly with our nose, we becomes more alert brain of oxygen. Fat also need oxygen to be burned so just win - win to breathe through the nose.

When we breath deeply, the diaphragm moves up and down and then rub while liver , stomach and intestines . This affects the digestive process positively. Even the heart gets massage and helps the blood flow to come back. Following that reduce varicose veins and obtain a stable blood pressure . Aahh what I'm going deep breathing regularly now . No more varicose veins to me thanks !

Yogurt - a super food

Yoghurt for your stumach

Yogurt contributes to increased satiety compared to drinking yoghurt, juice or milk. That way you can lose weight by eating yogurt. We like that;)
By getting the nice bacteria in yogurt, you can reduce various symptoms like constipation, diarrhea, and irritable bowel. This way improves gastrointestinal health so you strengthen your immune system.
There are some studies showing reduced stress, anxiety and depression while improving the bacterial flora in the stomach and intestines.
So enjoy your yogurt. You can eat it as is with some berries and muesli, or why not make a sound and invigorating smoothie.

1 tablespoon cold espresso
1 teaspoon chocolate sauce
2 cups yogurt

Mix and sweet possibly with a little vanilla sugar.

If you are cold , it is better to put on an extra sweater . Both the environment and your skin will thank you !
  5. A hot tip is to invest in a humidifier that helps to neutralize the air at home . This usually works well for winter dry skin , and the air becomes much more pleasant to breathe.
  6. Good creams are important but equally important is what you put in you. Moisturize from the inside by drinking lots of water and eating good healthy foods such as fatty fish that are rich in beneficial omega- 3 fats . If you are vegetarian , you can try to eat peppers, avocado and pumpkin even as they hate a good impact on your well-being and your skin.
